CentreView is a mixed-use development by the Onni Group of Companies in the heart of Central Lonsdale that will be a new landmark in North Vancouver combining living, working, playing and shopping.
Kreel Creative was selected to provide premium quality interior design and upgrading of eight luxury penthouses, to elevate the value and marketability of these important units. Two design schemes were developed giving potential buyers the ability to customize their suite according to personal taste.
Kreel developed construction documentation and specifications, which included upgraded material finishes; stair concept development; furniture layouts; resolution of key elevations for kitchen and all bathrooms; all appliances; lighting and plumbing fixtures; living room millwork design; resolution of ceiling heights; and roof deck planning and furnishing layouts.
