Kreel Creative was engaged to upgrade and customize four 3-level penthouses atop a modern residential tower situated in the heart of Vancouver’s modern skyline. The stunning penthouses capture breathtaking 360-degree ocean mountain and city views.
The scope of work included complete re-planning and refinement of the suite layouts. Kreel’s approach considered the most premium spaces sought by high-end penthouse buyers. The primary bedroom and ensuite, kitchen and main living areas were all designed with meticulous care and detail, and generous open and cantilevered tread staircases further help to reinforce the quality expected within luxury residences.
Material selections by Kreel included wide plank oak floors, dramatic and sought after natural stones, all supported by premium plumbing and appliance specifications.
